Join us for a five course dinner and Whiskey pairing featuring Willie’s Distillery Wednesday, May 19. We’ll have two seatings at 5:30 and 8:00 p.m, with 2-4 people per table. $75 per person.
Course 1: Willie’s Genuine Canadian Whisky // Chicken, whiskey and wild rice soup.
Course 2: Willie’s Devil’s Brigade Whiskey // Candied bacon and cheese plate.
Course 3: Willie’s Montana Honey Moonshine // Spinach salad with a pomegranate whiskey dressing.
Course 4: Willie’s Bighorn Bourbon // Herb roasted prime rib, served with roasted parsnip puree and balsamic carrots.
Course 5: Willie’s Montana Moonshine // Chocolate Moonshine Mousse.
