Tapas

ENBÄR FRIES
Hand-cut and double fried, with truffle and parmesan. Served with two dipping sauces: Bacon aioli, honey mustard, sriracha ketchup, green goddess, BBQ sauce, chipotle aioli, lemon aioli, habanero bacon jam.

House-made cheese dip served with tortilla chips.

Fried cod, corn tortilla, cabbage, pickled red onion, baja sauce. Served with charro beans.

Hand breaded and lightly fried chicken cutlet, topped with katsu sauce, green onion, and pickled red cabbage. Served over white rice.
